Battle & Brew and Jimmyjamboombam Present a night of Terror, where we celebrate all things SUPERNATURAL!! We are looking for artists who would like to participate in this exhibition! Interested? Then please read all of the rules! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• • Everyone is welcome to submit art! You do NOT have to ask permission to participate in the show • Pieces MUST be in theme. (SUPERNATURAL) • Please no Nudity, Profanity or extreme violence/gore, this is an all-ages event. • No more than 2 pieces submitted per artist • ABSOLUTELY no pieces larger than 2 x 2 FEET. The Size limit is so to accommodate as many participants as possible and any pieces exceeding the size limit will be denied • Please drop off all pieces for the show between October 18th - 23rd during regular business hours, anything later will not be accepted. The hostesses at the front can help you with this! • There is no commission fee for the sale of your art, but we do ask for a $5 hanging fee ($5 PER PIECE). Please submit this fee in cash when dropping off your art pieces. • Pieces must be ready to hang. (That means any sort of mounting on the back, prints framed, hanging wire, etc.) If your piece is not ready to hang, it will be denied from the show. NO SCREWS, NO TAPE, NO STICKY BACKS. WORK MUST BE FRAMED! Make sure canvas submissions are capable of hanging on a single nail. Preferably with hanging wire. (This is how pieces will be displayed at the venue) • LOCAL ARTISTS ONLY. Can you drop off/pick up your piece in person? Yes? Then you're considered local! • Please print out, sign, and bring in this contract when you drop off your piece. This way we can keep track of whose piece is whose so we can get them labeled correctly. • Your submissions will be displayed along with your payment info as well as contact info. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• • Patrons will be able to contact you directly to purchase your piece.
